Each pattern on this website is a PDF digital download. After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email containing a unique URL to download your pattern. This link will expire after 24 hours so please make sure to download your pattern directly to your own computer or device. If the link is not working anymore, please reply the email and I will send you a new link.

The expiration of the download link is something I can’t change. Because of that, I encourage you to purchase and download the patterns from my Ravelry store to have easier and 24/7 access to your files. There you can also download them separate by language.

Returns

Please note that my pdf patterns - being digital products - are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Refunds are only given if you have been charged twice due to technical payment issues.

Pattern support is only given for purchases downloaded through my website, my Ravelry store or authorized outlets. Any other unauthorized downloads will not be supported. If you have questions please send me an email.
