Pattern info 

Undulating, organic rhythms create an extra-warm, cozy cowl that takes its name from the Polish word for ‘waves’.

Originally inspired by a rustic, sheep-y, fleecy Polish yarn, Fale is also highly adaptable and can easily be knitted in other fibers or gauges for an equally impressive result. Fale would be a perfect gift for a man or a woman, or even a treat just for you!

Yarn 

1 skein Zelazna Wool (100% Zelazna Wool, 125 gr-437yds/400m).
Or any heavy fingering weight yarn, approx. 437-547yds (400-500m).

Materials

24” (minimum 60 cm) circular needle.
US 2.5 (3 mm). 
US 6 (4 mm).
Stitch markers, cable needle, tapestry needle.

Gauge - blocked 4" (10 cm) 

Cable pattern, 30 stitches x  26.5 rounds.
Gauge is not that crucial, but will affect final size and yardage.

Finished dimensions

Approx. 25.6” (65 cm) circumference x 16.6“ (42 cm) height.
