A collaboration with Nature’s Luxury. 

Rhine is a cable & lace cowl. Although it might look complicated, the cables and lace are placed very logic so it’s easy to memorize. You can either wear the cables in front and back or the lace section. For the more experienced cable knitters, the entire cowl can be knitted without a cable needle.

The pattern is fully written out with stitch counts and also charted.

Yarn 

2 skeins Nature’s Luxury (50% wool, 30% silk, 20% camel, 100 gr-328yds/300m). 
Sample yardage, 459yds/420m in color Kalimba de Luna.
Or any Sport weight yarn, approx. 437-492yds (400-450m).

Materials

24” (minimum 60 cm) circular needle. 

US 3 (3.25 mm).
US 5 (3.75 mm). 
Stitch markers, cable needle, tapestry needle.

Gauge - blocked 4" (10 cm) 

Cable pattern, 28 stitches x 38 rounds. 
Lace pattern, 19.5 stitches x 38 rounds.

Finished dimensions

Approx. 24.8” (63 cm) circumference x 17“ (43 cm) height.
